Job Description:
The IT Helpdesk Support will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have experience working in a helpdesk environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software and hardware for end-users
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and client interactions
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and network security
- Provide training and advice to end-users on the use of software and hardware
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or certification in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
- Experience in providing technical support in a helpdesk environment
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
