Job Description:
The Computer Repair Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers who are experiencing computer hardware or software issues. They will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computers, laptops, and other related devices. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers over the phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computers and other devices
- Install and configure software programs and operating systems
- Keep accurate records of repairs and service requests
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or certification in computer repair, computer science, or a related field preferred
- Experience repairing computers and providing technical support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
